    "This was an awesome rental.  So So Clean.  It was nice we were able to take our dog on our family vacation. The owners are very nice and take great pride in their rental.  This is the first place we rented where the master bed was a bed you could actually sleep in.The location is quiet and serene."

      Jennifer:  Just checking in with you.  We had a great time and enjoyed your home.

      However, just a couple of thoughts off the top of my head. 

      1. EBAY listing was confusing.
        1. “Buy it now” implies that the buyer is getting a fixed price (hopefully a savings off of waiting until the end of the auction).  When I utilized the buy it now price, it really wasn’t as advertised.  It was meant to be the off season rate.  I’d drop that from your future auctions.
        2. Several additional agreements to sign.  Even though they were listed in the body of the ad, and a closer reading would indicate that they are separate and distinct forms, it was confusing.  As a result, several additional emails were required to complete the transaction.  It would be better to spell out the fact that Items 1, 2 & 3 must be signed and returned. 

       The living room lacked a comfortable chair.  The only real choice one had was the couch.  {Comment from owner's - a lazy-boy rocker was purchased and is now in the living room.}

       All in all, you have an attractive product that was well put together and worth every penny of what I paid.  The house was spotless and you’ve obviously put a lot of work into making it a success.

       I offer the above as “constructive feedback” and my family and I would not hesitate to rent again from you should we come back to Delaware.

      I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tranquility Lane!  I was immediately

      impressed by  the cleanliness of the house...it was immaculate!  This is

      something I truly appreciate.   I was especially pleased you provided

      coffee.  Who doesn't  need coffee in the morning?  I also found the

      information on the kitchen table very useful. I was amazed at how close I

      was to the beach and stores...it was a simple trip down the road.  What  I

      appreciated the most was the peace and security  the neighborhood provided.

      All I can say is "book" me again!
