Hi Greg, Jen, Rebecca, I would like to thank you for your excellent service in providing me with the COSI loan. The whole process was executed efficiently and professionally. Thanks for replying to my every email, for the prompt follow ups, and for the good co-ordination with my lawyer and estate agent. The ARMs that you provide are the best loan options - they provide flexibility in payments, low interest rates, and build equity much faster than conventional loans. I clearly saw the benefit two years ago when I obtained a COFI loan from you for my previous home. Not only was I making significantly lower payments than fixed rate borrowers but also did not have to play the constant refinancing game to take advantage of changing interest rates.
