I've created this system
for complete Rental home "advertising management & maintenance" after several years of perfecting
it on my own rental property. With this said,
I'm not a RE
Agent nor Broker in Sales or Rentals, nor do I have a license as a "Property
Manager." In summary your home will be rented by you the Owner
using my assistance as well as website marketing.
The
following are the differences between what I offer and what a Property
Management company offers:

I
will empower you (the Owner) to become
the Property Manager as you will be handling and receiving all monies &
you'll set your own rental weekly fees

I offer
an upfront “set” fee based upon my services;
I will not ask for a
commission based upon each Renter

I never receive monies directly from
your Renters
-
Your Renters will pay you
directly via a PayPal account which I'll put on your new website
-
You pay me
after each service,
e.g., building
your website, corresponding with Renter, cleaning your home,
etc…

You will
control all access to your home
(I recommend
putting a lock box on your front door)

When corresponding with your
Renters, I will CC you on every e-mail and will always sign
off using "Greg Hughes, friend of John Doe, Owner of
property # 111111"

You maintain and control all
legal aspects of your property INCLUDING ALL rENTAL/lEASE
AGREEMENTS

My fees will always be lower than a Property Manager as my
"over-head" is lower
