SERVICE CONTRACT
This is a binding contract entered into on ______________(the “Effective
Date”) by and between Bethany Beach Cleaning, LLC, (the “Company”), a
Delaware LLC., located at 32892 Coastal Hwy., Bethany Beach, DE 19930
and _______________________________________________ (the “Client”), [an

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, The Company promises to provide the Client with residential
house cleaning services, and the Client agrees to pay the Company for
cleaning services that are defined in the agreement below. These
services include but are not limited to:
Standard Cleaning,
Deep Cleaning,
Spring Cleaning
(attached addendum, i.e., check list and cost for service
rendered.) All services mentioned for each cleaning service are to be
performed in accordance with the request of the Client at the time of
services rendered and may not be completed within the time allotted for
such requests.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the rights and obligations by both
parties for a this one-time contract or the duration of this
twelve-month contract, which begins on the above (effective date) and is
subject for renewal on ____________________________ (ending date), the
parties mutually agree on the following:
1. Client’s Responsibility, Client shall, at Client’s sole cost and
expense:
a) prepare the premises for the agreed cleaning services in accordance
with the Company’s prior instructions, such as: Client must remove all
contents from the cabinets and refrigerator before cleaning commence;
spray the oven at least 6 hours before cleaning; must give a date and
time that the cleaning can take place.
b) provide access to the Premises on the date or dates specified for the
agreed cleaning services.
c) provide Company personnel with all the necessary receptacles to
dispose of all waste.
d) cooperate with all reasonable requests of Company personnel providing
the cleaning services; and
e) cause all persons within the Premises not to interfere with the
Company’s personnel in the performance of the services.
2. Client’s Representations and Warranties: Client represents and
warrants that Client owns the Premises or otherwise has the legal right
to contract to have such services provided in the Premises.
3.Company’s Responsibilities, The Company in performing said services:
a) Shall make best efforts not to unduly disrupt property or any
activities taking place concurrent on the Premises.
b) Shall provide said services to the best of their ability and the
abilities of the materials provided by the Client.
c) Shall provide said services in the time allotted or to completion of
the Client’s requests, whichever comes first.
4. Representations and Warranties of the Company, Company represents and
warrants to the Client that:
a) Company has the power and authority to enter into and perform its
obligations under this contract.
b) The services shall be performed in acceptable manner using
industry-standard procedures;
c) The services shall not be performed in violation of any law, rule or
regulation applicable to the services or the Premises.
5. Indemnification:
a) Customer shall, indemnify the Company for all judgments, losses,
cost, damages, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s
fees, arising from, or relating to, any claim, action, suit or
proceeding whether in law or equity or sounding in contract, tort or
otherwise, which may be asserted against the Company by any person or
entity not a party to this Contract, in any way resulting from the
Services, provided, however, that this indemnity and hold harmless
provision shall not apply to the Company’s own acts of negligence or
willful misconduct in the provision of the Services.
6. Service Fees: shall be provided in accordance to the scheduled
specified and agreed by both parties stated below.

7. Days & Times preferred for cleanings: The Client will select the day
and time that is most convenient for him/her. In the event that a
cleaning has to be rescheduled then they must reschedule within 48 hours
prior to the scheduled cleaning at no cost to the Client. If the Client
does not comply with the rescheduling deadline, the Client will be
charged a $10 rescheduling fee.
8. Payments: The total contract price shall be paid in full after agreed
service has been completed. All payments are made by cash, money order,
PayPal or check. In the event that the payment is not made on the
specified day, then the client will be charged a late fee of $15, which
will be charged upon receipt of the following scheduled payment.
The following is the cleaning payment schedule selected and authorized
by the Client:
