We recommend placing a stationary book somewhere in your house so your Renters can make comments on your home including the cleaning. The owner will inspect every home before and after every cleaning. He will be available via cell if there is ever a problem with your Renter's; either you can call his cell or they can call him directly as a flyer or card will be left after each cleaning with his cell number. |

First of all we were down
at the beach this weekend and were very pleased with the cleaning job you did.
I don't think the place has ever been that clean. Because we don't rent
the place, we don't use a cleaning service very often -- usually if we've been
there for more than a weekend or we've let relatives use it, maybe five times a
year or so. Based on this experience, we'll give you a call when those
occasions do arise. I think we would like you to clean the rugs for us.

Hi Greg,
We were just back at our house this weekend, we have to say we were pleased with the overall cleanliness of our house. Even though we had renters in after your cleaning, it still looked SO much better than we've seen it at the end of the season (and it seemed to be a pretty bad season for our place this year). This was a quick trip for us. On the next trip, we will get our spare keys back from the cleaning service we were using and pass them along to you. Even though the key is in the lockbox, we like for our cleaners to have an extra set in case a renter drives away with them (hasn't happened yet, but they have actually locked them in the unit before). We'll give you some advance notice before the next cleaning, and we'll also let you know if we take care of any of the items on your inspection list.
